Who I am

I am Abi Taylor, trading as NaileditByAbiTaylor, based in Athy, Co. Kildare. I am responsible for the personal details you give me when you book. You can reach me at abitaylor147@gmail.com.

What I collect

When you book an appointment through this website you give me your name, email address, phone number, the treatment you would like, any notes you add, and the date and time you choose. If you pay a deposit, SumUp shows me your name and the amount paid. I never see your card details.

This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com and may set cookies that it needs in order to work.

Why I use it

I use your details to arrange, confirm and carry out your appointment, to contact you about it, and to keep a simple record of past appointments and deposits. I do not sell your details or use them for marketing you have not asked for.

Who helps me process it

Three services handle your details on my behalf: Cal.com for bookings, SumUp for deposit payments, and Google for my email. Each has its own privacy policy and keeps your details secure under its own terms.

How long I keep it

Booking details are kept for up to twelve months after your appointment so I can look after repeat clients. Payment records are kept for as long as Irish tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see the details I hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. Email me and I will reply within a month. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your details you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
